Yoga for Rowers (Pre-Season Session)
This is a continuation of the Yoga for Rowers pilot running. The 6-session pre-season Yoga for Rowers program will get you in optimal condition for the upcoming summer slate of races. These classes will be a compliment to many rowers on the water training. As always, while this class will focus specifically on the muscles and movements rowers use, fellow yogis and athletes who are interested in a more down-to-earth and athletic flow class are welcome to attend. The 6 sessions will take place on various Saturdays at Georgetown Yoga from 12-1pm from April through June. You are welcome to purchase a Drop-in pass or a Pre-Season Membership, which covers all 6 sessions at a discounted rate. Please click "Select A Date" to purchase your drop-in pass or pre-season membership. ***Bring One, Get One*** - Any rower/yogi who brings a new, paying customer to class, gets that class free. If you purchased a 6 session membership, you will be refunded the prorated amount of that class. FAQs Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? 15+. Participants under 18 will need a parent or guardian to sign their liability waiver. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? Georgetown Yoga has ample street parking. What can I bring into the event? The studio has mats, blocks, and bolsters to use. You are welcome to bring whatever equipment and accessories you would like to use while working out. How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
