Vendors Needed for April 28, 2019 Boutique Event Rockville, MD
Upscale Exclusive Pop-Up Boutique featuring 25 hand-picked vendors. This event will be held in a newly renovated Jewish Community Center in a highly visible Rockville location on a busy road. There will also be heavy community center foot-traffic. This event will have advertising in mutiple online sites as well as from the center itself to several thousand members. Vendors must request via email immediately after registration if they need to be close to an electrical out. These spaces go fast and accommodations are not guaranteed. Vendor Contract Details: Vendors can arrive for setup at 9AM and must be ready by 10AM. The show runs untill 3 PM. No customer admission is being charged. Spaces are 8 feet and we provide a 6 foot table, chair and table covering. Vendor fee is $225. Vendors will be held accountable for damage to the rental facility and customer liability for their products. Only one vendor per Direct Sell Company will be selected for this show. Refunds can be issued up until 30 days prior to the event but are subject to a 20% processing fee. Vendors will hold all liability for the products/services that they sell and PF Expos, LLC will not be liable for any product or service rendered by any vendor in this show. PF Expos, LLC does not have any liability for the product claims of the vendors in this show. Registering/paying for a vendor space is equal to you signing the terms of this show's contract.
