Saturday Research Orientation - Law Library of Congress
Research orientation classes, taught by reference librarians and dealing with many aspects of using the Library and the collections will now be taught on Saturdays. The Saturday orientations are themed and focus on providing researchers an opportunity to learn more about the Library, its collections, expertise, services, and programs. This class is specifically designed to give a basic introduction to the Law Library's resources, in both print and online formats, as well as provide legal research techniques. Please note that the maximum class size is 30 researchers unless otherwise indicated. For additional questions, please call (202) 707-3804. Individuals requiring accommodations for any of these events are requested to submit a request at least five business days in advance by contacting (202) 707-6362 or ADA@loc.gov. Patrons are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior to the orientation. Seating is available on a first-come basis. Registration does not guarantee entry after the orientation start time.
