Nature and Forest Therapy Walk

Reconnect with nature and disconnect from your daily stresses by joining in on a guided Nature and Forest Therapy walk. The practice of Forest bathing comes from the Japanese practice called Shinrin Yoku, which literally translates to "Forest Bathing." Research has proven that the practice of forest bathing has helped stabilize cholesterol level, diabetes, blood pressure, depression, anxiety, and a variety of different chronic illnesses. All ticket sales will be donated to Everymind a Mental Health Non-profit based in Rockville, Maryland. After purchasing your ticket you will then receive an email with the meetup location and how to prepare for the walk.
