Sometimes kimchi, a traditional Korean ferment, is believed to be a super spicy, bright red mix of unusual vegetables buried in the ground, causing some to hesitate when considering this simple Korean pickle. Great news! Kimchi is actually a wonderful and varied ferment that can be made exactly how you like it. Join Rachel Armistead of The Sweet Farm to discover and discuss all the different ways you can make and flavor your kimchi. Then you'll get to create your own batch to take home, just the way you like it--no burying required!
