The practice of Forest bathing comes from the Japanese practice called Shinrin Yoku, which literally translates to "Forest Bathing." Research has proven that the practice of forest bathing has helped stabilize cholesterol level, diabetes, blood pressure, depression, anxiety, and a variety of different chronic illnesses.
